Staris v0.3 – French port of Tetris for DS
Homebrew developer has been quite notorious for releasing classic video game ports for the Nintendo DS. His latest project takes the very memorable old-school puzzle game Tetris and literally puts it into your hands with Staris v0.3.

Following up with his other classic games previously released on the Nintendo DS, developer Sephiroth_FF7 has come up with a brand new old-school game (oxymorons, don’t you just hate them?) for the handheld with Staris v0.3.
Putting it simply, Staris is a French port to the memorable classic Tetris. While there isn’t anything notably different with this version to any other Tetris game, it does include friendly additions such as an extensive preview of the next three blocks that will appear. It also includes a “shadow” where the current active block will fall at the bottom.
In any case, here’s the changelog of the past updates released by the developer. Since the game was released in French, you’ll have to run it through your favorite online translator site if you aren’t exactly fluent in the language:
