Stop it already, there are NO co-op plans for Killzone 2

So you’ve heard it from Killzone 2 game director Mathijs de Jonge already – there are no plans for co-op. (Currently, at least.) And now, we also hear from Sony as well. Even they seem to be responding to the clamor for co-op.

A Sony representative contacted VG247 to say exactly that. It’s the same thing as de Jonge said: “there are no plans for co-op in Killzone 2.” How many times will they have to repeat themselves?

Killzone 2 is going to be fine as it is, I’m sure. Not having co-op should be the least of your worries. For now, you should concern yourselves with making sure you get a copy – i.e. pre-order the damned thing already before stocks dry up.
