Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting Gameplay Demos
We’ve just got our hands on a gameplay demo for Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting. Opps, let me correct myself, we don’t have just one gameplay demo to the classic fighting game, we have three – yes three videos that relive the ‘street fighting’ flavor sorely missed in most modern fight-themed games.
Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting is Xbox 360’s remake of the classic game by Capcom. Utilizing Xbox Live, players worldwide will have the chance to pitch their skills against each other in order to be the champ – literally. The full playable version (with all original characters and bosses) will be downloadable to your 360s including exclusive online modes such as Quarter Match, Quick Match and Optimatch, and Create Game, along with the usuals namely VS Mode, Training Mode and CPU mode. Other features are full single-player tracking, fully customizable control, leaderboards and a 5.1 surround sound.
The three demos we have here show Ryu pawning Sagat, Blanca electrocuting Chun-li, and Guile winning over Balrog via dramatic flash kick finish. I could go on and on and describe the spinning birds kicks unleashed and the number of Shoryuken and Hadouken Ryu released, but it would be much enjoyable if you see it for yourself by clicking on the links below. Old-scccchool is about to open with Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting carrying a Q2 release.
