Stuntman Ignition barreling in with trailer and screens

Whatever happened to Stuntman 2? For a while there, maybe you thought it had gone crashing and burning into game dev history. Apparently not so. The Hollywood stuntman-sim sequel is very much alive, kicking, breathing, and barreling into completion.

Stuntman Ignition is coming out for the PS3 and 360, and here’s the trailer and two new screens for ya. The sequel pretty much works like the original – pull of the stunts required of you in each level so that you rise in stuntmanship fame in Hollywood. The game will have 25 vehicles to choose from, 36 stunt runs spread across six films and commercial projects, and online functionality.

The online mode will allow eight players to go wild on stunt arenas, stealing the show from one another. There’ll be a stunt construction toolkit that will allow you to plan out your stunts and challenge other players online to see if they can complete it.
