Super Random Card Fighter 2: Special Champion Edition Alpha v.02 Released
Yesterday, Dragula96 (thank you very much!) treated us with his homebrew, Super Random Card Fighter 2; barely 24 hours has passed and he’s at it again with the second version’s release of his Lua-coded card game.
Press X button and a random character will be drawn for you and the CPU. A point system is then implemented to determine who wins and how much damage is dealt to the loser. The first version was already quite cool, with Street Fighter 2 characters flashing around against each other; however, Dragula96’s second version further upped the ante by making the following changes:
-tossed win/loose/draw format out the window
-added player and CUP hp system
-added 24 additional charecters (for a total of 36)
-SP still not implimented but visible
I’m not much of a card game buff, but seeing cards bearing all these SF characters give me the much-needed walk along the old-school lane. If you’re as much of a SF fanboy like me, then just download the game below and watch them in action once more.
