He’s the bad guy alright, that Wario. The anti-hero of his own game. Manipulative, greedy, selfish. And competitive! That’s why he’s in Nintendo‘s latest game for the Wii! Jealousy will get you nowhere, we’ve been told time and time again, but Wario got spun off into another franchise with Wario Land: Super Mario Land 3 after appearing as the antagonist in Super Mario Land 2. Lucky b**tard.
And now he’s in Super Smash Bros. Brawl too, all dressed up in his WarioWare costume. The Smash Bros. DOJO reveals that he’ll even be giving birth to a new form of martial arts other characters in the game won’t be able to see. Cool! And again, lucky dude. But all this glory’s going to be short-lived. Why, you ask? Look at the screenshot below, he’s chasing poor little Kirby away! That’s a no-no. Kirby’s too cute!
