Take-Two agrees to settle
According to a recent Reuters report, Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. has agreed to enter into settlement talks regarding a lawsuit accusing it of selling the Grand Theft Auto games under the wrong content label. Reuters reports that this is according to a court document that was recently made public.
In a letter to the judge overseeing the case dated February 16, Take-Two’s lawyer writes that the parties involved have “agreed to engage in settlement discussions with the hope of amicably resolving this matter.”
If the settlement talks resolve the situation, this should mean less legal-woes for the controversial publisher.
