The Console Wars in Real Time: Part II

Estimated Figures

We have no intention of beginning a day with doubt. Also, we want to be the first one to tell you that we find this rather amusing as well. Remember our earlier article about NexGenWars.Com?

Last July, the total number of units sold for Xbox 360 is approximately 3, 870,000. Since then, it has risen by roughly 2 million (as of now at 5,725,550). Another update is the projected market percentage. According to the figures, Wii dominates with 47.9% while PS3 is currently at the last with just 19.7%; X360 comes second with 32.3%.

The site still claims to have reviewed various sources and keeps the “estimated” figures updated as much as they can. People, we suppose, would appreciate it better if further details are given and the people behind the site, known. Until now, no such things are apparent. Whether you believe the site or not, come back here and tell us all what you think.
