The Nintendo Xbox 360! Boo-yah again!

Nintendo 360 - Image 1Oh, my! The German shopkeepers knocked our socks off when showed the world their amazing Nintendo Sony DS, and before we could put our socks back on, they now give us the insanely cool Nintendo Xbox 360! Something tells us this isn’t the last of the console gene-splicing activities from these guys.

Spotted in the Hertie warehouse in the town of Datteln, this nifty wonder box contains the standard-issue Xbox 360. The only difference is it has the Nintendo logo slapped in the box. From what we could establish from the last two box sightings, these retailers in Germany seem to think that products sell better with the Nintendo name on them.

Our theory is that they just might have equated the name Nintendo with video games. It’s not far-fetched considering that the Japanese game giant is the grand-daddy of them all in terms of longevity in the field. It’s either that, or they think it’s just plain cool to have Nintendo emblazoned on anything.

Whether the Nintendo Xbox 360 will ever see the release of Super Halo Bros and Gears of War: Twilight Princess remains to be seen, but we do hope Princess Toadstool mixes it up with the girls of Dead or Alive soon.
