The Sims 2: Pets packshot and more details
When we first announced that The Sims 2: Pets was being shipped over to the Nintendo Wii, much of the details of this GC and DS makeover title were pretty skimpy. We mean, what could the Wii version offer that hasn’t already been done on GameCube or the touchscreen DS?
It seems now that Electronic Arts is serious about going multiplatform in-house at Nintendo, and is aiming to take advantage of the Wiimote and the Nunchuk combo for enticing gamers to try some hand-pointing customizations for your Sims 2 home. Yep, you heard it right: like many other spin off titles for The Sims, you will still be able to customize your house, your Sim and have a say on how they live in this game.
Only now, they get to share their lives with a virtual pet. Now we’ve gone through most of the details with the pets before, but most importantly, you should know that your pet does have a mind of its own also.
You can expect to choose breeds like Retrievers, Beagles, Pugs, Schnoodles, Main Coons, Siamese and many more. Also, like many other Sims titles, you’ll be playing this one solo, but you can always look forward to showing off your newly acquired pet accessories for your puppy when the title ships this summer.
