Three more retro titles on its way to Virtual Console
We have here for you what’s up and coming for the Virtual Console. While we do not have any official dates for you to mark on your calendars, we’re pretty sure these titles are a go, just because the ESRB said so.
Yup, the rating board has been more than efficient in updating us with games to look out for, whether or not they are aware of it, and whether or not they want to. Anyhow, the new titles for the VC, according to the ESRB are the following:
- Streets of Rage 2 (Sega)
- Toe Jam and Earl in Panic on Funkotron (Sega)
- World Sports Competition (Hudson)
Sega’s sequel offerings must be an offshoot of the success that the original titles had in VC. In fact, Streets of Rage and Toe Jam are two of the most played on the VC. We don’t mind having them into our collection as well. Retro games are always fun and serves as some kind of a breather from the real-like games we have around today.
Anyhow, that’s all the news we have on these titles — for now. Expect more news to trickle in, especially when they do land on the VC.
