Toys R Us: PS3 Might be Delayed

Toys R Us(*coughs*)

NEWSFLASH: There’s growing speculation over a possible delay for the PlayStation3 in Australia and other Pacific Asian territories as one of Australia’s leading console and game retailers, Toys R Us’ suspended all trade related to the upcoming launch of Sony’s next generation console.

WHHHHHHAAAAAAAAT???

Yep. You got that right. It seems as if PS3 fans over at the Pacific Asian region will have to cling on to their cash a little longer as the much-awaited console might be released a little later there. Why? We’re not entirely sure.  There are speculations that the release of the console itself is going to be delayed. Others say that the stores simply ran out of stock due to pre-orders. But those are simply guesses, and as we’ve told earlier, we’re not really sure.

However, there are also rumors that Sony might handle pre-orders itself, but since we haven’t heard a response from Sony regarding this issue, we can’t really count on that speculation much.

Sony is expected to confirm launch details next month, at the Leipzig trade show in Germany, and we sure will deliver anything from Sony as soon as we could get our hands on them. So stay tuned here at QJ for more PS3 updates and details.
