Trauma Center: Second Opinion – Famitsu Scans
The newest issue of Famitsu has the scoop on Trauma Center: Second Opinion, and just like Atlus stated in their press release, you can see at what lengths the developers have gone to improve and enhance the game’s visuals and art.
So yes, it’s a remake, but a darn good one. Trauma Center for the Wii comes with new operation types, surgical implements, a second playable character with his own storyline arch and missions, and of course a new control setup heavingly involving the use of the Wiimote.
I have to agree with a comment our reader TSPhoenix made in the last Trauma Center article – with the game completely revamped, why didn’t they just go ahead and make a sequel with a new storyline? They’re probably just saving it for later…
Trauma Center: Second Opinion is currently scheduled for a November 2006 release, which should be somewhat close to the Wii launch.
