Upcoming Xbox 360 Dashboard Preview

New 360 dashboard

If you’re getting a bit bored with your Xbox 360 dashboard, (lets face it, after a while everything gets a little dull if it just looks the same) you have come to the right place. Here in front of your eyes is what is rumoured to be a sneak preview of the Autumn Xbox 360 Dashboard update, and doesn’t it look good? The eagle-eyed amongst you may have already noticed the XNA launch pad which will allow you to launch homebrew games made with the free XNA studio express software for amateur developers.

The traditional logo is replaced by a white Xbox Live arcade image logo loading screen, as well as other graphics that make the dashboard look a little more refreshing. Although this dashboard may look good, please bear in mind that it may be a fake created to spur on the press.

The source of the image is Maxconsole, who have been known in the past to conjour-up stories for press coverage. Remain speculative about this one. Whether this image is real or not, the fact still stand: The update is scheduled to be released in November, so until then you can occupy yourself by sending in suggestions to the Dashboard Development team.

For now this will stay in the rumours section until we have proof from Microsoft or another reliable source that this is in fact what the Dashboard will look like in Fall.
