Video interview on what’s hot with Soul Calibur: Legends
Action adventure Soul Calibur? It doesn’t sound that bad, and those keeping tabs on Soul Calibur: Legends would know. Just to fill some in, this installment to the Wii will be a third-person adventure following the story of Soul Edge on the PlayStation and its Soul Calibur counterpart on the Dreamcast.
As usual, the game will be heavy on the weapons that we all love. If that doesn’t ring a bell, we’re talking Wiimote and Nunchuck swinging here to wreak havoc with classic Soul Calibur characters. Commanding Siegfried’s gigantic blade by actually moving your arms never sounded so satisfying.
Here’s Wayne Shiu, Product Manager of Soul Calibur: Legends giving us a skinny on what to expect from this upcoming game. When he said the Wii is perfect for this type of action game, we couldn’t agree more. Add co-op and versus modes, cool weapon upgrades, and pure Soul Calibur goodness then we’ve got something to grab come Q4 2007.
