Voyage Century’s “Captain Cook” sets anchor with new contests
Voyage Century‘s fourth server called “Captain Cook”, which was announced to be launched today, has been delayed. Apparently, it’s just set anchor and hasn’t set sail just yet. Aside from apologizing, IGG doesn’t give any reason for the delay whatsoever.
Good news though. There are a couple of community spotlights from the devs: they’re going to host a couple of contest events for you guys. Whether you’re a new pirate on your first voyage (umm, century) or a veteran already, you might want to participate in either of which:
- For the next five days (January 18-25), there’ll be a Voyage Knowledge Quiz. Questions in the quiz can vary from geography to anything under the sun about Voyage Century. If you answer all the questions correctly, you’ll have a chance at winning the awards. Click here to answer the quiz.
- The Screenshot Competition is quite simple. All you have to do is check out the official forums and vote for your favorite pic from the game. Players will also be given the opportunity to post their own pics and let the others vote on it. Categories are Best Screenshot, Best Originality, and Most Popular.
So, while Captain Cook’s ship hasn’t set sail yet, take your rowboat and head for the “X” that marks the spot. IGG has some treasure chests for you.
