Warner Bros: This Is Vegas not canceled
In case you forgot, Midway once had an open-wold title called This Is Vegas in development for PC, Xbox 360, and PS3. It would be understandable if this game hasn’t crossed your mind in a while, though, as even before Midway’s troubles started getting really bad it had dropped off the radar. Just recently, there was some talk that the game had been canceled, but according to new Midway owner Warner Bros., that’s not true at all.

The last we heard, its launch was delayed to sometime this year, but only recently there were some rumblings that the game was put on the chopping block after Warner Bros. took over Midway. GameStop even notified customers that the game had been canceled.
Not so, says Warner Bros. A spokesperson from the company clarified to G4TV that the game is still “in production” – presumably still at original developer Surreal Software. That’s pretty much all the spokesperson revealed, so we still don’t know if This Is Vegas will be released this year or if it will be delayed again.
