Quick recap: Capcom’s Last Ranker is an action-RPG themed after shounen fighting manga and anime. Players control Zig, a “ranker” whose aim is to become the top fighter in the land of Barazuta. To do that, he has to fight and beat all the other rankers. He also has this former friend named Faz who he ends up pissing off. They fight too. Capcom is pushing Last Ranker for release in Japan next year. They’ve also filed US trademarks for it so we may see a localized version in the future as well.
