Wii Play out by February 12

A few weeks ago, we mentioned that Wii Sports’ cousin, Wii Play will be delayed. Although GoNintendo reportedly found a pic from Nintendo’s online press room saying that the game would have a February 12 release date, there were no official statements released, hence, there is no official info as to when this will come out. But from the looks of it, Wii Play is a go for a 02/12 release.

Wii-dedicated website, Wiitod, also reported that this game which is a collection of nine mini games will be released on the said date. By now, you already know that when you buy a copy of the game, you also get a Wiimote for free so as the whole family could join the fun of playing mini-games and creating Miis. With that, let’s cross our fingers that February 12 would be Wii Play time.
