WipEout Pulse to have new downloadable content every week

If you still want more downloadable content for Sony's WipEout Pulse even after the release of the Mirage Pack, then you may be happy to know that SCEE plans to release new downloadable content for the game every week. After the release of Sony Computer Entertainment Europe's (SCEE) first expansion pack for WipEout Pulse, Mirage Pack, Sony finally announced that it will release new downloadable tracks and ships every week. Yep, every week. Just recently, WipEout gamers gained access to Edgewinter White and Vostock Reef, as well as Team Mirage, but that's not all there is to it.

Check out the schedule of DLC releases for WipEout Pulse in the coming weeks:

Icaras Pack (February 14)

• Edgewinter Black
• Gemini Dam White
• a speedy craft with sub-par shields

Harimau Pack

• Orcus White
• Gemini Dam Black
• a fast ship with good handling

Auricom Pack (February 28)

• Orcus Black
• Vostock Reef White
• a very fast, mysterious ship

The pricing for each of the expansion packs hasn't been formally announced yet, but it's probably going to cost as much as the Mirage Pack, which is only GBP 3.49, or US$ 7.
