WoW heads up: TBC Collector’s Edition upgrades
Some people may find it a little easy to have fun with certain World of Warcraft related issues like the always unwelcome server crashes and the more shallower issue of what to wear.
But whatever these issues are, we are assured that the hardworking people at Blizzard are doing their best to give us a smooth gaming experience. This time around, they are fixing up some problems with TBC Collector’s Edition upgrading.
This is what the Blizzard people had to say:
We are currently working on a solution to assist customers who upgraded their World of Warcraft account with the standard edition of Burning Crusade and have since purchased or received a Collector’s Edition and would like to “re-upgrade” their account.
If this describes your situation, please call our Billing & Account Services department (800 592-5499)and be ready to provide the following information: Account Name (and ability to fully verify account), claimed Standard Edition BC Key, unused CollectorÂ’s Edition BC Key.
They are doing their part, now, you should also do what you must so as to avoid any inconveniences.
