Write Favorite Links for PSP v0.1

This is a really handy tool made apparently by a Japenese author named Ken@? It will copy your bookmarks in IE into an html file, and export them to your PSP. None of my translators are currently around but expect this post to be edited soon with a complete translation. More details soon.
