Is Microsoft releasing the 250GB hard drive for the Xbox 360 as a stand-alone product in the US? According to GameStop, that’s a definite yes.

GameStop’s online database lists the hard drive for a March 23rd release, and pegged at US$ 129.99. This puts it at US$ 30 above the currently available 60GB Live Pack. Curiously, however, the listing was removed later on.
Good thing GameSpot was able to grab a screenshot of the siad listing in question, though.
Microsoft has yet to confirm this, but we’ll be sure to keep you posted as we hear any more official word on it.
