Ys, Sora no Kiseki characters coming together in new PSP fighting game

We saw Final Fantasy characters battling it out in Dissidia: Final Fantasy. Tales characters followed soon after in Tales of VS. Now the PSP is getting another mashup fighting game drawing from Falcom’s Ys and Sora no Kiseki (Legend of Heroes) franchises.

We saw Final Fantasy characters battling it out in Dissidia: Final Fantasy. Tales characters followed soon after in Tales of VS. Now the PSP is getting another mashup fighting game featuring characters from Falcom’s Ys and Sora no Kiseki (Legend of Heroes) franchises.

Fittingly enough, the game’s going to be called Ys vs Sora no Kiseki. Yes, that’s the final title. It’ll feature the 3/4 perspective found in recent Ys games and will feature four-player fights through adhoc multiplayer.

So far, confirmed characters from the Ys side are Adol, Dogi, and Olha. From the Sora no Kiseki camp come Estel, Tita, and Joshua. Japanese mag Dengeki projects a 2010 release for Ys vs Sora no Kiseki.
