Burn Rubber at the 2nd Test Drive Unlimited Demo

A second free Xbox Live Marketplace trial of the Xbox 360 racer, Test Drive Unlimited, was announced today by Atari. Players can now try the demo that includes three new cars – the Ferrari F430, the Ford Mustang GT, and the AC Cobra – as well as a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R motorcycle. Also, new avenues to race are added and the game features four new offline challenges plus two new online challenges that can support up to eight racers.

In addition to such treats, the basic gameplay – the online performance and car handling – is improved. The MOOR (Massively Open Online Racing) game also now boasts of sharper graphics that will surely make racing a total experience.

Atari also announced that the gold master of the game has been sent off for replication, thus ending the long wait for the release of this much anticipated racing game. The game is scheduled to ship to stores on the 5th of September.
