What happens in the training room on level 49 of SOLDIER headquarters? Well, if you’re Zack Fair, there’s a whole lot of fighting involved, as you will see in this new video we have for Square Enix‘s Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII.

The video features a less than typical training session for Zack as he actually comes up against Sephiroth and gets epically thrashed, his blade thrown by the wayside. Were it not for the fact that this was a virtual training exercise (and with Angeal’s timely intervention), Zack could have easily ended up skewered by Sephiroth’s katana.
