Dr. Warren Vidic doesn’t just run Abstergo’s Animus project, he apparently also likes to make some rather cryptic messages teasing a “new age” for Assassin’s Creed.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Warren Vidic doesn’t just run Abstergo’s Animus project, he apparently also likes to make some rather cryptic messages teasing a “new age” for Assassin’s Creed.

 

A post on the official Assassin’s Creed Facebook page featuring a quote attributed to the good doctor reads thusly: “It is the time of our rising. A new age enters and a great battle looms. Templar destiny is at hand and waiting for you.”

 

While it’s no secret that Ubisoft still has a lot left in store for fans of the series, it has never been clearly said if the next game will be a spin-off or if it will be a true sequel. Since E3’s just a month away, perhaps Ubisoft’s teasing right now is indication that they’ll be showing the game off at the yearly gaming expo.
