Here’s some official word about Sony‘s virtual pet, EyePet. It’s coming out on November 17, 2009, and it’ll be available for US$ 39.99.

Here’s the thing. This pet requires the PlayStation Eye. Not to worry, though. If you don’t have the Eye, you can get the bundle that they’ll also be coming out with, worth US$ 59.99, carrying both the Pet and the Eye.
