Horsing around: Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess gameplay videos

Giddyup, Zelda fans! Here comes another helping of gameplay videos for the celebrity Wii launch title, Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. We’re all itching to get our hands on a Wiimote and start playing this new installment to the Zelda series. Have you ever wondered just how you’d look while playing the game? Well, three of the four videos we have here should show you just that.

The videos present three players who are going through a certain stage of the game which requires Link to ride a horse and fight at the same time. From the looks of it, they seem to have caught on easily enough, though one of them has to relax his hold on the Wiimote a little bit.

Another video features Link in his wolf form trying to get out of the castle prison. One interesting to note is that the story revolves around the fact that two parallel realities exist in Hyrule. This means that being in the Twilight dimension can cause one to see gems, which happens to be soldiers over at the other end of the dimension. Hmm…

As a parting shot, what with the horse-handling mechanics shown in these vids, we can’t help but wonder… Shadow of the Colossus Wii, anyone?
