Limited Oblivion free download on Xbox Live

Oblivion

Bethesda and Microsoft have teamed up once again to make sure that your Christmas will be one grand and happy one — Oblivion-wise that is.

Why? Well, Bethesda has just announced that because the feedback from their Mehrunes Razor download for Elder Scrolls: Oblivion (PS3, Xbox360, PC) has been very good, they’re giving Xbox Live users a sweet treat this Christmas: the Mehrunes Razor content will be downloadable for free BUT for a limited time only.

Here’s how Bethesda’s press release goes:

Starting this Friday, Dec. 22, Xbox 360 gamers will be able to download Mehrunes Razor for free from Xbox Live. This offer is only for a limited time…from Dec. 22 to Dec. 31. On Monday, Jan. 1 it will go back to its standard price. So be sure to log on to Xbox Live beginning this Friday and download your free copy of Mehrunes Razor! Happy Holidays from Bethesda Softworks.

Awwww, now ain’t that sweet? Christmas just keeps getting better and better, eh? And who said Christmas is just for kids, huh? *winks*
