Mindscape: Second publisher of The Chronicles of Spellborn
Mindscape Group announced the PC release of The Chronicles of Spellborn, making the company the second publisher of the game. The first publisher of the 3D fantasy MMORPG is Spellborn Ltd.
The Chronicles of Spellborn is one of the greatly anticipated MMO, hitting 50,000 subscribers in its beta version as of released in July.
Mindscape is one of the longest established software publishers with well-known international brands and first class licenses such as like Reader Rabbit, Scooby Doo and Zoombinis, to name a few. They will be responsible for the distribution of the game in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and Benelux. The release date for these countries will be determined soon.
The game features a character creation system where players can choose their character’s appearance. Gameplay boasts of skill-based combat system and manual targeting can increase the effect of tactical choices of the players. The game also features musical scores from composer Jesper Kyd and exclusive songs from Dutch goth band Within Temptation.
