New Chocobo game trademarked?

Square Enix seems to be bolstering its stable of releases even further with something called “Chocobo’s Crystal Tower”. The company has recently filed a trademark for it over in Europe.

 

 

 

 

Square Enix seems to be bolstering its stable of releases even further with something called “Chocobo’s Crystal Tower”. The company has recently filed a trademark for it over in Europe.

 

Since it’s still just a trademark filing right now, we know next to nothing about this game. The name seems close enough to the Mystery Dungeon series so it may be something similar to it, only with a tower to ascend instead of a dungeon to explore.

 

Sqaure Enix has also been strengthening its iPhone lineup so that also remains a possibility.
