It’s great and all to be proliferating new kinds of games but there’s a reason why some genre are not as popular as the conventional.  Introducing Don’t Be Nervous Talking 2 Girls (yes that’s the game’s name) – half dating-sim, half edutainment, all very awkward. For those who are far from getting the Keys to the VIP, here’s your Pickup 101.

Then again, who am I to judge? For some people, talking to girls is much tougher than nailing a jumping headshot from 30 feet away. “Are you nervous talking to girls? All you need is practice,” goes game’s tagline. But just because they’re digital practice prospects, doesn’t mean they’re easy. Beware, you can – and will – get shot down if you mess it up. There might be no greater shame than getting shot down by a video game.

Seriously.

It’s coming to the Xbox 360 and luckily, it’s downloadable, so those getting it can avoid the indignity of having to bring the game up to the counter.
