As DGGC92‘s first homebrew project, playPSP v1.1 is something worth checking out. It’s coded in Lua and is the developer’s take on Atari‘s Pong game, but before you start moaning and groaning about how we’ve seen too many homebrew incarnations of the classic game, listen up.

Not only does playPSP v1.1 have playPong – it’s for two players, BTW. It also has a useful application that some of you might be needing: playPIXFIX. It’s a pixel fixer application that helps drive out those stuck pixels plaguing your screen. Remember, no matter how hypnotic those flashing colors are, don’t stare at the screen for too long while you’re running a pixel fixer.

Now, for a one-two punch, this neat little bundle still delivers. Besides, it’s DGGC92‘s first Lua homebrew project, so why don’t we all give the developer a warm welcome!
