Rock Band: The Best of The Who Rock Band Edition pack announced

The Who has announced that Rock Band for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 will be receiving 12 of their best tracks for the third week of July. The song collection will include three songs from their Live at Leeds album – further details are available in the full article.

The Who have announced that they will be releasing several of their tracks on Rock Band for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles. Dubbed “The Best of The Who Rock Band Edition”, this song compilation was tallied up by Harmonix and MTV Games after consulting with The Who’s Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey.

Here’s a shortlist of the 12 tracks that will be available for this bundle, which includes three songs from the Live At Leeds album:

• Behind Blue Eyes
• Eminence Front
• Going Mobile
• Leaving Here
• My Generation (Live At Leeds)
• Real Good Looking Boy
• Sea & Sand
• Summertime Blues (Live At Leeds)

• Young Man Blues (Live At Leeds)

Each track will be available for purchase at US$ 1.99 (160 Microsoft Points), while purchasing the whole set will cost you US$ 19.99 (1600 Microsoft Points). The Best of The Who Rock Band Edition pack is expected to be available by June 15, two days before the VH1 Rock Honors celebration in honor of the band.
