Simple WiFi Chat Demo
Alx06 has released, what he calls, a simple WiFi chat application for the NDS. This application will allow you to chat wirelessly to someone across the nation! Although, this is just a proof of concept demo, it still works if you want to try it out. If you do choose to try this program out, you will have to have someone to chat with! You have to obtain your friend’s IP address in order for this program to work, which some people do not tend to give out freely. You will also have to have the correct WFC information on your NDS as well as your router’s port 8888 routed to the NDS. If you manage to get all of that, start up the chat and enter the IP address of your friend and press enter. You can now send messages back and forth, but it will only display the last sent and received message. Alx06 does not plan on updating this chat program to make it better, but he has released the source for those that wish to continue on it.
