Need to get schooled in UFC fighting? Don’t worry, good ol’ Chuck Liddell will show you how it’s done.

Here’s a promo video for the upcoming UFC Undisputed 2010, and from the looks of it, you’d rather train your fingers on the controller than running up and down a hill with a barrow weighed down with heavy stuff, or pounding a sledgehammer on a monster truck’s wheel.

It obviously ain’t an easy task, and definitely not for the faint-hearted. Learn and watch the master in action, and maybe you can channel this power when the game gets out.
