Unscrambling Wii Disks now possible

Skull and Cross-motesSome people just thought it wasn’t possible, but look, here we are. The GOD/WOD  unscrambler is, as the title of this post says, an application that allows you to create ISOs of your Wii games on your PC.

This means that the first step in the long-ish ISO making process isn’t for those folks without the necessary skillz.

You have to somehow modify your DVD firmware to disable the ECD (error checking code), after that this program will facilitate descrambling the dumped file into the ISO. Not exactly similar to this dubious situation, but we’re getting there.
