Video: First footage of Call of Duty DS

Skeptics would say that the DS and FPS games don’t mix well together, but they couldn’t be more wrong. Even some developers say Nintendo’s handheld isn’t powerful enough, but why does Activision‘s Call of Duty DS look so deliciously good?

Unless our eyes lie, bite-sized CoD is a bit out of place, but it works. Using the bottom screen as a map, while not groundbreaking, makes fragging a lot more convenient. Keeping tabs on everyone around you, friend or foe, should keep death at bay for quite some time.

To sum it all up, the classic Call of Duty is not hampered by hardware issues. If Mario can do insane stunts on the DS, members of the SAS and the US Marine Corp can wreak havoc. Just watch the video below, and tell us what you think.
