Click I.T. Ltd, publisher of Incisor magazine, announces that consumers will gain unrivalled access to the most exciting demonstrations of wireless technology at Pure Wireless, which takes place 5th – 8th January 2006 in Las Vegas. The venue is the Twilight Room at the Flamingo Hotel & Casino.
The event, which takes place at the same time as the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES), is endorsed and supported by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group — which will host a cocktail reception at 5:00 pm on Thursday the 5th January — the Wi-Fi Alliance, the WiMedia Alliance, and the UWB Forum.

This is an opportunity to see world-first demos such as:

Wireless HD Xbox gaming

See a wireless Xbox 360 featuring High Definition video gaming. An Xbox 360 will be connected during active HD gameplay to two High Definition displays, one which will receive its signal via the analog RGB cables currently shipping with the Xbox, the other display will receive its signal wirelessly using Pulse~LINK’s UWB radios.

Bluetooth and UWB combined

CSR will show the seamless integration of Bluetooth and UWB – ideal for streaming video.

Wireless USB

Our favourite USB connection goes wireless! Staccato Communications will be demonstrating a Certified Wireless USB Host Wire Adapter

Pure Wireless is free to attend for visitors and press, media and analysts, by registration at www.pure-wireless.com.
