23-year-old steals and pawns his mom’s Wii

As soon as his mom noticed that her console was missing, Christopher Bayko simply told her that it was “at a friend’s house” – a story he must’ve thought fullproof, except he forgot to hide the damn receipt. That’s the kind of mistake that gets you in trouble in kindergarten. As you might’ve guessed, mom sees the receipt, mom probably yelled her lungs out, and now the guy is facing charges of theft and dealing in stolen property.

All that for the US$ 56 he got for the Wii.
