Finally, a Coffee Table that Comes to YOU
As I’ve learned in college, it takes a contortionist to not strain one’s back while working on research papers on your laptop. Take it from someone who’s tried virtually every position humanly possible while writing. Imagine Kama Sutra but with a laptop as a partner.
It’s not easy to find a working space or surface where you actually feel comfortable writing; the height’s all wrong, not enough space to put your legs under, etc. Now, obviously i’m not the only one with this ‘writing space dilemma’ because someone was smart (and kind) enough to design a coffee table with a surface that comes to you, and not the other way around.
This wooden coffee table is 38″W x 24″L x 20″H and has a top that lifts easily to two different heights, moves horizontally, and comes to you, thus saving you the stress of adjusting your seat and moving about. You can just sit on the couch or a comfy chair, and let the table do the moving for you.
It’s also easy on the eyes with its classic design so no need to argue with your mom/wife on whether it “fits” in the living room, or the study. It also has a spacious inner compartment for your books, magazines, or whatever items you’d want to put in that is easily accessible through the front and back hinged doors. The table comes in mahogany, black, or honey finish and can be yours for $349.95.
No, this is not your grandmother’s wooden chest, nor is it a sarcophagus for your neighbor’s pets (although it CAN serve that purpose depending on how your relations are with your neighbors). But for people always on the go, a laptop stand that you can use on the plane is the way to go.
