Finally, a use for the Luffa!

The Luffa is a quest item (trinket) you get at the Searing Gorge when you hit level 49. It basically removes one bleed effect. Now, for most players, that isn’t a big thing considering all the other trinkets out there such as The Lifestone and Ramstein’s Lightning Bolts. So what happens to the poor Luffa, it gets dumped in the bank…or even worse, sold off. Those who haven’t though would be pleased to find out that there is actually a use for the poor Luffa.

A certain rogue boss in the Karazahn area (his name is Moroes) has a debuff called “Garrote”. This nasty skill deals 1000 damage every three seconds for five minutes. Now, before the Luffa was discovered to be the cure for this, people just assumed that they would have to “root hog or die”. Now, killing this boss is a bit easier. While the Luffa will not always work, when it does you can breath a sigh of relief knowing you don’t have to kill Moroes quickly.
