So you think you’ve done all you can with your PlayStation Portable, eh? Well you’ve thought wrong, and Harmony Solutions has just come out with a press release proving exactly that.
Introducing the new Media Maestro Mini. This free downloadable application is part of the Media Maestro LSX remote control software solution. It turns your PSP into a wireless remote control for either Apple iTunes or Windows Media Player.
With this, you’re can browse their libraries while at the same time doing other stuff, such as viewing art albums, adjusting stereo controls and viewing song lyrics.
Explained Maestro mastermind David Hanford further,
Media Maestro LSX allowed users to control their media from laptops, tablets, desktops, UMPCs and more. Now we want to spread that control to devices smaller in both resources and screen size. Instead of walking back to your PC, or turning on a TV to control your music, we want you to be able to use the device that is already in your hand while lounging on the sofa or back porch.
The Maestro Mini is also said to be able to run on just about any device that supports Flash 6 (ie. some Nokia Web tablets). In the future the company is thinking of adding support for Windows Mobile 5 devices, and of course, the now popular Apple iPhone.
