E3 has long since ended, but the goodness just keeps on coming. Today, we’ve got another E3 demonstration video for you, and this time, it’s for Wii Fit, the up and coming fitness game that makes use of the Wii Balance Board.

In this four-minute video, you’ll get to see one of their product testers show off the Wii Balance Board as it applies to Wii Fit. In this case, he shows you some of the basic games you can play, such as a balance game that requires you to maintain your balance on one leg, a skiing long jump game that makes the player learn how to balance himself while leaning and standing, a hula hoop minigame that focuses on rotating your hips and making a fool out of yourself, and a special game of marbles where the player is tasked with rolling marbles through a hole using the balance board to tilt the playing field and move the marbles.

All in all, it looks like a fun assortment of minigames that’ll definitely get people’s attention. While we wait for more news on what Wii Fit has to offer, enjoy the video in the meantime.
