It’s called Alcohol Engine and it measures your approximate blood alcohol content. Basically its the chart you’ll find in the Wiki page of blood alcohol content, only in a more convenient PSP form.

The program has three categories:
- Beer
- Wine
- Spirits
The beer and wine category will amount to drink, and for spirits, there will be a whole bottle.
Controls:
- Select the category and confirm with X;
- Choose the amount you want to drink and confirm with X;
- Press Square or Circle depending on your sex;
- Use L or R to increase or decrease your weight
