Are there too many logos on the Killzone 3 boxart?

k3Over here, we’ve got the boxart for Killzone 3. Notice the snowy awesomeness and simplicity of the cover. Looks cool that way, doesn’t it? But I can’t help but point out that there seems to be a bit too many logos on the cover that clutters up the facade.

In addition to the developer, publisher, and ESRB logos that we’ve all grown quite used to, Sony will be adding two more labels that we’ll all be seeing a lot of from now on. There’s the blue “PlayStation Move Compatible” above, and the “3D Game” to the lower right. Add them up and we have the gaming equivalent of Manny Pacquiao’s boxing trunks.

Okay, so it’s not that bad, but there’s space at the back of the disc where they put number of players supported and output resolutions – 3D and Move support have plenty of room back there. Understandably though, Sony still has to make their new thrusts visible.
