Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Panama Canal map revealed, PS3 beta stats update

EA DICE’s upcoming Battlefield: Bad Company installment, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, has entered public beta last month exclusively for PS3 owners. With barely a week left until the beta closes, EA has decided to reveal some fun stats for everyone.

 

So if you’re one of the more than 300,000 people who is currently enjoying the PS3 beta, you’ll be glad to know that you’re responsible for more than 45 million kills, 1.01 million Marksman headshots and 380,000 houses destroyed.

 

Check out the complete stats according to EA:

 

  • Total kills = 45.42M
  • 9.4M kills from Vehicles
  • 3.43M Vehicles Destroyed
  • 380K Houses Destroyed
  • 1.01M Marksman Headshots
  • Total number of points awarded = 10 100 094 360
  • Total number of Revives = 2.52M
  • Total Repair Tool kills = 15.58K
  • Total Defibrillator Kills = 12.69k
  • Total Knife Kills = 1.69M
  • Total C4 Kills = 730.81K

 

But that’s not all folks, EA has also shown the Panama Canal map that will be included in the upcoming game. The map will feature abandoned industrial buildings, vehicles, large ships, and piles of debris everywhere with billowing smoke off in the distance as the surround forest rages of fire while the surrounding city is bombarded by enemy ballistics.

 

 

 

Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will be released on March 2, 2010 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
