Beta Giveaway for LOTRO
Just a few days ago, we reported on Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar official entry to its Beta testing phase. As of now, roughly 200,000 enthusiasts have already signed up. Developer Turbine, through GameAmp, decides to make things more exciting as it plans to give away 150 Beta accounts over the next month. The Beta, as we speak, is still an invitation-only affair.
Getting these accounts is not going to be easy though. Of course, what were you thinking? Accordingly, Turbine lined up 10 varied and fun contests for all LOTRO hopeful fans. Each contest has a corresponding number of Beta accounts to offer. The harder a contest is, the more prize accounts it offers.
On top of the list is the Enter the Drawing contest, which will give away 25 accounts all in all. Next in line is an essay contest with 20 accounts to be won. The objective of this contest is to answer, “Why I registered for LOTRO Beta?”
