BK games sell 2 million copies

BK gameWhen I say that all three Burger King games (Sneak King, Big Bumpin’, Pocketbike Racer) are on the same boat as Gears of War, I know you are all going to call me crazy and ask me what drug I am on. But listen to this first, okay? After all, you can see this as something for the glory of our beloved Xbox 360 forever and ever. Amen.

Last week, developer Epic Games announced that their epic title (pun intended) Gears of War just sold two million copies worldwide just after six weeks of being on the market. Well, Burger King President for Global Marketing Russ Klein just announced the same! His announcement reads:

Most video games are considered a blockbuster when they reach the 1 million mark in sales. And this collection has achieved twice that. Thanks in part to the great value for the money and convenient holiday stocking stuffer appeal.

The said collection of games was released on November 19. So, does that make the BK Games the fastest selling next-generation console game of 2006? Whoa, I can almost see the steam rising from the back of your heads. Come on, chill out!

As I have mentioned earlier, these games are exclusive to Xbox and the Xbox 360 only. So that makes them ahead of the competition right? All three Burger King games can be purchased for US$ 3.99 each, after buying a hearty BK Value Meal.
